Hugh Hefner considers Lindsay Lohan's Marilyn Monroe-themed Playboy magazine graphic will be a treasure – but the press mogul says he at first had worries about offering the embattled celebrity on its take care of. "The idea came from my authors," Hefner, 85, informed PEOPLE during a latest appointment at the Playboy magazine House in L.A. "I had combined emotional baggage to start with," he said.
